A special attraction for those who are interested in the mysterious is the megalithic imprint on stone, known as the "The Pag Triangle". This flat triangle-shaped area of fragmented stone is located on Tusto Celo, an elevation overlooking the Velebit mountain range on one side and Pag Cove on the other.
The part of the island facing Velebit is devoid of vegetation owing to the strong north-easterly winds that make the landscape resemble that of the moon.
